TRIQUETRA (Trinity Knot)

The Triquetra (or Trinity knot) has a number of interpretations throughout history.  The most popular is the representation of the three life cycles of a woman in relation to lunar phases:  Maiden, Mother & Crone of the Pagan Triple Goddess. The Triquetra is though also to represent Life, Death & Rebirth or Earth, Air & Water.

PERIDOT

Peridot is the gem quality form of Olivine (Forseterite) and is sometimes referred to as the poor man’s Emerald. Working with Peridot’s warm energy activates the heart and solar plexus chakras , to facilitate the release of negative patterns and behaviours. Peridot is an excellent healing stone to strengthen and regenerate the body.
